Denise Taillefer, nicknamed Doodle-D for her lifelong love of doodling, is a multi-media artist who draws inspiration from nature, fairytales, and her travels. After graduating with a degree in psychology, Denise explored the healing arts before experiencing a creative awakening in the vibrant rainforests of Brazil. Returning to Atlanta in 2010 with paintbrush and baby in hand, she embraced her

artistic calling. Denise works from her home studio, creating joyful and colorful artwork in a variety of mediums, including acrylic paintings, mixed media pieces, mosaics, and ceramics. Her art is full of vibrant colors and playful energy. Denise’s canvases come alive with acrylics, and her mixed media pieces overflow with textures and ephemera. Denise creates intricate mosaics, a practice reminiscent of her childhood collages, breathing new life into broken china and tiles.

She is embarking on a new chapter, sharing her passion by teaching mixed media techniques and empowering others to unlock their creativity.
