I’M MELBA
I am a former high school teacher turned yoga guide, mentor, and advocate for women's well-being, with a deep understanding of the transformative power of self-care. Having faced burnout and exhaustion firsthand, I’ve learned how to nurture balance and resilience through mindful practices. My purpose now is to help women reconnect with their true selves and reclaim their inner strength.
Women who have worked with me describe our sessions as empowering and life-changing. I am devoted to creating a nurturing space where you can explore the depths of who you are and uncover the powerful woman you’re meant to become. I will be your guide, holding a sacred vision for your growth and leading you with clarity and compassion through your journey of transformation.
