I discovered yoga in 2016 during a period of deep burnout and emotional exhaustion from my demanding career as a high school Spanish teacher. What began as a personal refuge soon became a powerful path to healing. Through mindful movement, conscious breath, and moments of stillness, I found relief from years of stress and anxiety and, most importantly, a way to come home to myself.

I am an RYT 500 and YACEP, trained at Johns Creek Yoga, with additional certifications in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Trauma Sensitive Yoga. I am also a Reiki Master and facilitate Sacred Women's Circles and Retreats.

Passionate about making yoga accessible to all, I create a nurturing space where students can cultivate self-acceptance, balance, and compassion. My classes blend physical postures with mindfulness techniques, guiding students in transforming mind, body, and spirit.

A former Spanish teacher, I bring my educational background to my yoga instruction and continue to deepen my own practice, embodying yoga principles in daily life.
