FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Not at all. This training is about deepening your relationship with yoga—body, breath, and beyond. You don’t need to be able to do handstands or have years of experience. What matters most is your curiosity, commitment, and openness to growth.

  • That’s completely okay. Many people take this training for their own self-discovery, healing, and growth. Teaching is just one path this training prepares you for—you’ll also gain tools for embodied leadership, nervous system support, and meaningful life integration.

  • This is a foundational, holistic training that blends Hatha, Vinyasa, and mindfulness-based practices. You’ll learn to teach accessible, breath-centered, intentional yoga that honors the roots of the tradition while making space for your own authentic expression.

  • We understand life happens. However, in order to maintain the integrity of the training and meet certification requirements, any missed time will be required to be made up for an additional fee.

  • This is a 200-hour training, with the all of hours delivered live in-online or in- person. In addition to our scheduled sessions, you’ll also be expected to complete homework, personal practice, practice teaching, observations, and self-study assignments outside of class. This training is immersive and intentionally designed to support integration—what you put into it, you’ll get out of it.

  • You won’t be going through this alone. You’ll receive guidance from lead teacher, opportunities for mentorship, peer support, and space for honest questions and reflection throughout the journey.

  • Once you submit your application, we’ll schedule a 20–30 minute Zoom call to connect. This is a chance for us to get to know each other, answer any questions you may have, and discuss the importance of the commitment you're considering.
