Expressions: Art + Yoga Retreat

Expressions is a one-day immersive retreat blending yoga and mixed media art to help you slow down, reconnect, and express what lives within.

On June 14 in Sugar Hill, GA, we’ll begin with a grounding yoga practice, enjoy a nourishing lunch, and move into a guided mixed media art session designed for creative exploration and self-expression. No experience is needed.

This retreat is created in collaboration with …, bringing together movement, creativity, and intentional rest in a small, intimate group of just 10 women.
